介绍了欧洲高炉炉缸设计,包括炉缸死铁层深度、冷却系统以及炉缸耐火材料内衬设计。指出耐火材料要与较深的死铁层相匹配,并介绍了一些高炉炉缸耐火材料设计实例;同时还介绍了欧洲高炉炉腹、炉腰和炉身下部采用的冷却技术,以及塔塔克鲁斯艾莫伊登铜冷却板配石墨/半石墨整体式设计,得出可供我们借鉴的欧洲高炉长寿经验。
The design of the European blast furnace hearth, including the depth of the dead zone of the hearth, the cooling system and the design of the refractory lining of the hearth is introduced. It points out that the refractory material should match with the deep dead iron layer and introduces some design examples of refractories for the blast furnace hearth; meanwhile, it introduces the cooling technology used in the European blast furnace bosh, the waist and the lower part of the shaft, Luosi Ai Eden copper cooling plate with graphite / semi-graphite monolithic design, come to our reference for the experience of the European blast furnace longevity.
