我国人多地少林木资源匮乏,用秸秆替代林木生产人造板已经取得初步成效。坐落于连云港市灌南经济开发区,占地面积500亩的江苏大盛板业有限公司就是这方面的典型代表。该公司引进英国先进生产线和工艺技术,利用小麦秸秆生产无甲醛均质板,2004年4月20日注册成立,注册资本6000万元,2005年一季度正式投入生产,年生产能力3万m3,同年建立了质量管理体系和环境管理体系,并通过了ISO 9000质量管理体系和ISO 14000环境管理体系认证。
Due to the shortage of people and land and forest resources in China, preliminary results have been achieved in the use of straw for wood-based panel production. Located in the Guannan Economic Development Zone, Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Dasheng Plate Co., Ltd., which covers an area of 500 acres, is a typical representative of this area. The company introduced advanced production lines and technology from the United Kingdom and used wheat straw to produce formaldehyde-free homogeneous panels. It was incorporated on April 20, 2004 and registered capital of 60 million yuan. It was officially put into production in the first quarter of 2005, with an annual production capacity of 30,000 m3. In the same year, it established a quality management system and an environmental management system, and passed the ISO 9000 quality management system and the ISO 14000 environmental management system certification.
