一忌脱纲离本。体育教学要以《体育教学大纲》为纲,以《体育课本》为本。因此,评价一堂体育课,教学任务是否制定得恰当,目的是否明确,教学要求是否达到,运动负荷是否合理都必须以《大纲》和《课本》为依据。有些学校领导和体育教师在评课时,往往就是缺乏全面掌握《大纲》和教材的基本功,随意降低或拔高教学要求,不注意不同年级、不同学生、不同类型教材的不同要求和方法,不注意每一教材相互之间的联系。这样脱离“纲”和“本”,就不能体现评课的目的性原则和
