目的:观察葛根素对急性肺损伤(ALI)时肺组织的保护作用及其可能机制。方法:24只大鼠随机分为3组:对照组、油酸组和葛根素预处理组,检测肺组织髓过氧化物酶(MPO)的活性变化和细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)的表达变化。结果:与对照组相比,油酸组肺组织MPO活性及ICAM-1的表达均显著增加(P<0.05);与油酸组相比,葛根素预处理组肺组织MPO活性及细胞间ICAM-1的表达均明显降低(P<0.05),但仍高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:葛根素可通过提高MPO及ICAM-1的表达,有效减轻ALI时肺组织的炎症反应。
Objective: To observe the protective effect of puerarin on lung tissue in acute lung injury (ALI) and its possible mechanism. Methods: Twenty-four rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group, oleic acid group and puerarin pretreatment group. The activity of myeloperoxidase (MPO) and the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 ) Expression changes. Results: Compared with the control group, the MPO activity and the expression of ICAM-1 in the lung tissue of oleic acid group were significantly increased (P <0.05). Compared with the oleic acid group, the MPO activity in the puerarin preconditioning group and the intercellular ICAM -1 expression was significantly lower (P <0.05), but still higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Puerarin can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction of lung tissue in ALI by increasing the expression of MPO and ICAM-1.
