目的 为进一步探讨血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂在防治慢性低氧性右心室肥大中的作用。方法 在慢性低氧高二氧化碳大鼠右室肥大的动物模型上 ,观察培哚普利对低氧4、8周大鼠的右室重量、心肌胶原含量及血浆与右心室肌组织的血管紧张素Ⅱ (AngⅡ )浓度变化。 结果 显示慢性低氧时右心室明显肥厚、右心室肌组织胶原含量增加 ,血浆与组织的AngⅡ升高 ,培哚普利组上述指标均显著低于相应的低氧对照组。结论 培哚普利有显著抑制右室肥厚、心肌胶原堆积的作用 ,这可能与降低循环及局部AngⅡ有关
Objective To further explore the role of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors in the prevention and treatment of chronic hypoxic right ventricular hypertrophy. Methods In a rat model of right ventricular hypertrophy induced by chronic hypoxia and hypercapnia, the effects of perindopril on right ventricular mass, myocardial collagen content, and angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) concentration changes. The results showed that right ventricular hypertrophy in chronic hypoxia, right ventricular muscle collagen content increased plasma and tissue Ang Ⅱ increased perindopril group were significantly lower than the corresponding indicators of hypoxia control group. Conclusion Perindopril can significantly inhibit right ventricular hypertrophy and myocardial collagen accumulation, which may be related to the reduction of circulation and local AngⅡ
