选取了混凝土实心砖、混凝土多孔砖两种建筑材料,分别砌筑了6个标准试件.对每个标准试件施加0~100kN,每级20kN,共6级竖向荷载,并采用ZC3-A型混凝土回弹仪和ZC4型测砖回弹仪对其进行回弹测试,记录不同竖向压力下的回弹值,以研究混凝土砖竖向压力对回弹值的影响.为进一步分析验证试验结论,对上述影响机理采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件模拟分析.由试验结果和理论分析可知,竖向压力对回弹值推定砖强度的精度无影响.为扩大回弹法对非烧结砖的适用范围和相关标准、规范的修订提供了依据.
