研究了一次淬火、二次淬火和回火对工程机械用钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明:热轧态试验钢中的铁素体呈现出板条状形态,M/A岛则主要分布在奥氏体晶界和铁素体边界上;经过一次淬火处理后,工程机械用钢呈现出板条贝氏体形态,内部亚结构是高密度的位错缠结构成的位错胞;热轧态试验钢中的奥氏体含量约4.23%,经过一次淬火处理后试验钢中残留奥氏体基本消失;经过两次淬火和回火后,工程机械用钢获得了板条贝氏体组织以及弥散析出的细小颗粒状ε-Cu相;740~780℃二次淬火+500~560℃回火处理后,试验钢的力学性能满足工程机械用钢指标要求,且屈强比保持在0.86左右。
The effects of primary quenching, secondary quenching and tempering on the microstructure and properties of engineering machinery steel were studied.
