针对我国现有检测标准缺乏检测可靠性评定规范的现状,从不锈钢对接焊缝自动超声检测入手,尝试进行了基于概率统计理论的检测可靠性分析研究.基于重抽样技术,建立了适用于小样本数据检出率计算的Bootstrap模型,利用所建模型计算得到了不同缺陷、探头及扫查参数等情况下的缺陷检出率曲线,定量分析了不锈钢焊缝自动化超声检测的各个参数对检测可靠性的影响.结果表明,所建Bootstrap模型可以用于小子样情况下的自动超声检测可靠性的定量评定,从而保证检测结果的可靠性.
In view of the current lack of testing reliability assessment standard in our country, this paper starts with the automatic ultrasonic testing of stainless steel butt welds and tries to analyze the reliability of the testing based on probability statistics theory.Based on the resampling technique, The Bootstrap model for calculating the data detection rate was used to calculate the defect detection rate under different defects, probes and scanning parameters. The parameters of the ultrasonic testing of stainless steel weld were quantitatively analyzed. The results show that the Bootstrap model can be used to quantitatively evaluate the reliability of automatic ultrasonic testing under the condition of small sample, so as to ensure the reliability of test results.
