目的:研究续断产地加工“发汗”对其质量的影响。方法:通过对续断“发汗”前后水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物、总皂苷和川续断皂苷Ⅵ含量变化的比较进行研究。结果:续断“发汗”后浸出物和醇溶性浸出物和总皂苷均有不同程度降低,但“发汗”后川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量升高了。结论:本研究表明续断产地加工“发汗”有一定的合理性,建议续断的产地加工坚持发汗处理。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of the processing of “discontinued origin” “sweating” on its quality. Methods: The contents of water-soluble extract, alcohol-soluble extract, total saponin and Dictyosteliumum saponin Ⅵ before and after breaking off were investigated. RESULTS: The contents of leaching and alcohol-soluble extracts and total saponins were decreased to some extent after the treatment of “sweating”, but the content of Saponin-A was increased after “sweating”. Conclusion: This study shows that there is a certain rationality for processing “sweating” in the place of discontinuation of origin, and it is suggested to persist in sweating processing in the place of origin of renewing.
