汤伯森,株洲工学院包装工程系工程力学教授,湖北孝感人,生于1936年,1951年进技工学校,1952年进株洲电力机车厂当工人,1955年考入北京矿业学院采矿专业,毕业后参加劳动锻炼,再任采矿技术员,1978年晋升为采矿工程师.1982年调入株洲工学院,讲授理论力学、材料力学和包装动力学。汤伯森同志功底扎实,治学严谨,有长期的生产经验,讲课生动活泼,且有丰硕的研究成果,仅在株洲工学院期间就发表论文十余篇,编写了教材《包装动力学》等,受到师生好评。1987年晋升为副教授,1993年晋升为教授。
