今天,我们很高兴地聚集在北京,召开中国财政学会年会暨第十八次全国财政理论讨论会。这次年会是在2010年两会刚刚落下帷幕,全党全国人民继续认真落实科学发展观,大力促进构建和谐社会的背景下召开的。出席今天大会的有财政部老领导、全国人大常委会副委员长王丙乾同志,全国人大和国务院有关部委的领导同志,财政部部长助理王保安同志,财政部业务司局以及各省财政厅的部分领导,全国财政科研系统和大专院校的专家、学者共300余人。
