本实验对成人小肠肌层进行了超微结构观察,发现在环肌层的最内面(即粘膜面),存在有一层特殊平滑肌层(SML),有1~6排特殊平滑肌细胞,其特点为体积小、电子密度高,在SML和环肌主部(MCM)之间有一结缔组织间隙。该肌层及间隙内有较致密的神经分布,其神经密度及膨体出现率为全肌层最高部位,神经与肌肉间相距较近。MCM次之,LM神经密度最低。除SML外,MCM和LM神经与肌肉间距常在100nm以上。中间连接可见于肌层的三个部位:SML、MCM和LM,但缝隙连接只见于MCM。间质细胞存在于肌层的结缔组织隔内,其突起可见与平滑肌以及轴索形成特殊连接。在SML的间质细胞内还可见有类肌丝样结构。本文对以上发现与其它实验动物的肌层超微结构文献报告作了比较,并对以上超微结构特征的可能生理意义进行了讨论。
In this study, we observed the ultrastructure of adult muscularis mucosa and found that there is a layer of special smooth muscle layer (SML) on the innermost (ie, mucosal surface) of the muscular layer, with 1 to 6 rows of special smooth muscle cells characterized by Small size, high electron density, there is a connective tissue gap between the SML and the main part of the ring muscle (MCM). The muscle layer and the gap has a more dense distribution of nerves, the nerve density and the occurrence of bulking the highest part of the whole muscle, nerve and muscle close to each other. MCM second, LM nerve density lowest. In addition to SML, MCM and LM nerve and muscle spacing often above 100nm. The middle connection is found in three parts of the muscularis: SML, MCM and LM, but the gap junction is found only in the MCM. Interstitial cells exist in the connective tissue of the muscular layer, and their projections show a special connection with smooth muscle and axons. In SML interstitial cells also see a myofilament-like structure. In this paper, the above findings were compared with those reported in the myometrial ultrastructures of other experimental animals, and the possible physiological implications of the above ultrastructural features were discussed.
