陈某某,女,8岁。1986年7月17日始病。因发热、腹泻,在某医院诊断为消化不良。给予肌注庆大霉素、柴胡注射液,并口服土霉素片,腹泻好转,但仍发热,延至7月24日,头前倾,东歪西斜,不能自主,双手下垂,抬举无力。其母遂送来我院门诊。证见面色萎黄,形体略瘦,能站立,但觉下肢沉重,毛发细而微黄,口流涎沫,头部微出汗,语音无力,呼吸息微。近日食欲减退,便溏溲短。查:体温37.8℃,肌松软且弹性差,舌质淡、苔白而腻滑,脉濡缓。实验室检查:血红蛋白9克,红细胞400万/立方毫米,白细胞10,800/立方毫米。X线摄片提
