目前,普遍为内齿轮齿面光洁度不高而烦恼。针对这个问题,国内外都作了很大努力。方向如下: (一) 改变切削规范、冷却润滑和改变材料切削性能; (二) 使用高精度插齿机和高精度插刀; (三) 硬化刀具以提高刀具耐用度; (四) 改变插齿机让刀凸轮; (五) 修正内齿轮。前三项未见明显收益;后二项怀疑到齿形残缺致使光洁度降低,报到有效果所见。应该指出,他们均未找到症结所在,因而问题尚未圆满的解决。
At present, generally, internal gear tooth surface finish is not high and troublesome. In response to this problem, great efforts have been made both at home and abroad. The directions are as follows: (a) to change the cutting code, to cool and lubricate and to change the material’s cutting performance; (b) to use a high-precision gear shaper and a high-precision cutting insert; (c) to harden the cutting tool to increase its durability; Machine to make knife cam; (E) to amend the internal gear. The first three no obvious benefits; the latter two suspected to tooth-induced disability resulting in reduced finish, reported to see the results. It should be pointed out that they did not find the crux of the problem, so the problem has not yet been satisfactorily resolved.
