目的保证石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法大批量测定全血铅的结果准确,具有量质溯源性。方法按卫生部文件(卫医发[2006]10号)附件《血铅临床检验技术规范》进行。结果该实验室测定血铅时方法线性关系好,相关系数为0.9997,检出限为5μ/L,定量检出浓度为15μg/L,加标回收率在90%~110%,平行双样RSD(%)为1.1%~8.9%,平均值质控图对标准物质的质控贯穿于整个实验过程中,控制效果良好。结论大批量全血铅的测定时,采用几种质控方法控制检测过程效果良好,对保证检测结果的准确至关重要。
Purpose To ensure that graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry is accurate for mass determination of whole blood lead with traceability. Methods according to the Ministry of Health documents (Wei [2006] No. 10) Annex “blood lead clinical laboratory technical specifications”. Results The method of determination of blood lead in this laboratory had a good linear relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.9997, a detection limit of 5 μL / L, a quantitative detection limit of 15 μg / L and a spiked recovery of 90% -110% (%) Ranged from 1.1% to 8.9%.
