In the radical gastrectomy of gastric cancer, accidental injury of the spleen may occur due to exposure stretching, poor anesthesia, and other reasons. In recent years, the authors collected 202 cases of radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. The number of splenic injuries in the operation was 8 and the accidental injury rate was 3.96%.
