随着江泽民同志“德治”思想的提出和贯彻，建设适应社会主义市场经济要求的道德规范体系已成为我们当前迫在眉睫的任务。因为我国处于转型时期，人们的道德理念发生了变化。计划经济年代根深蒂固的道德观念与改革开放２０余年日新月异变化着的新的价值取向形成了强烈的反差。
With Comrade Jiang Zemin’s proposal of “governing the country by virtue” put forward and implemented, building an ethics system that meets the requirements of a socialist market economy has become our current impending task. Because our country is in the transitional period, people’s moral ideas have changed.
