对于幼儿来说,午睡是必不可缺的。经过一上午的活动,幼儿身体开始感到疲劳,通过午睡身体各部位和神经系统都在调节,氧和能量的消耗最少,利于恢复体力,内分泌系统释放的生长激素也比平时增加3倍,满足了幼儿的生理需要。然而,我们在幼儿园却经常看到这样的一些现象:个别孩子难以入睡,有的不停地做小动作,如咬被角、挖耳鼻、玩弄生殖器等;有的像热锅上的蚂蚁翻来覆去;有的东张西望、自言自语……因此我们不断探索尝试反思,总结了以下帮助幼儿养成安静入睡习惯的方法。
