解决渐开线少齿差行星传动变位系数的最佳选择方法,方法采用齿廓重叠干涉条件Gs向不发生齿廓干涉条件的临界值e逼近。结果推导出选择变位系数的公式,并通过实例证明了该方法的正确性。结论利用该方法得到的变位系数,可以增大重合度,减小机构尺寸,提高传动质量。
The optimal selection method for resolving the involute less tooth difference planetary gear transmission coefficient is proposed. The method uses the tooth profile overlapping interference Gs to approach the critical value e without tooth profile interference. The result deduces the formula of selecting displacement coefficient, and proves the correctness of the method through examples. Conclusion The displacement coefficient obtained by this method can increase the coincidence degree, reduce the size of the mechanism and improve the transmission quality.
