输精管结扎术是我国男性节育的主要手段之一。长期以来,广泛采用经阴囊入路单口或双口输精管结扎。笔者自1987年6月～1997年6月,改用经阴茎根部背侧单口入路输精管结扎共615例。现总结报告如下。一、对象和方法1.对象本组615例,平均年龄27.3(19～38)岁,其中20岁以下4例40岁以上33例,均无手术禁忌症。
