目的:讨论分析口腔内科患儿的心理特点对牙病诊治的影响。方法:回顾2011年4月~2012年10月间,在我口腔内科就诊的患儿共156例,分析其病历,并按照其配合程度予以分组,总结其心理特点、配合程度以及诊治结果,讨论心理特点对诊治结果的影响。结果:年龄和接受过相关幼儿教育的程度与配合度成正比,配合度与治愈率成正比,与复发率成反比,年龄越大,受过的相关幼儿教育越多,患儿配合度越高,配合度越高,治愈率越高,复发率越低,组间比较,结果差异显著,有统计学意义。结论:在口腔科疾病诊治前,对患儿进行预防性教育,对提高口腔疾病的治愈率,降低复发率有积极的作用,值得临床推广。
Objective: To discuss and analyze the psychological characteristics of children with oral diseases on the diagnosis and treatment of dental diseases. Methods: From April 2011 to October 2012, 156 cases of children in our department of oral medicine were reviewed. Their medical records were analyzed and grouped according to the degree of cooperation. Conclusion: Before the diagnosis and treatment of dental diseases, preventive education for children has a positive effect on improving the cure rate and reducing the recurrence rate of oral diseases, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
