常规磷化液中通常含有亚硝酸钠、重铬酸钾、氟化钠或硝酸镍等对人体和环境有害的物质。为改善环保 ,选用污染小的促进剂A和B ,研制出环保型单组分低温磷化液 ,包括锌锰系彩膜磷化液和锌钙系灰膜磷化液。介绍了其配方、配制及处理工艺 ,测定了磷化液及磷化膜的性能。促进剂A能提高磷化膜的耐蚀性和彩膜附着力 ,促进剂B能加快磷化速度。该环保型磷化液应用范围广 ,是常规磷化液的理想替代品。
Conventional phosphating solution usually contains sodium nitrite, potassium dichromate, sodium fluoride or nickel nitrate and other harmful substances on the human body and the environment. In order to improve the environmental protection, we choose environmentally friendly one-component low-temperature phosphating solution, including zinc-manganese series color film phosphating solution and zinc-calcium series gray film phosphating solution. The formulation, preparation and treatment of the phosphating solution and phosphating film were introduced. Accelerator A can improve the corrosion resistance of the phosphate coating and color film adhesion, the accelerator B can accelerate the phosphating rate. The environmentally friendly phosphating solution has a wide range of applications and is an ideal replacement for conventional phosphating solutions.
