[目的]探讨食品中5种常见酞酸酯类环境污染物的气相色谱测定方法。[方法]采用有机溶剂超声提取、中性氧化铝柱过柱净化和氮吹浓缩的前处理技术,用气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器(GC-FID)测定。[结果]5种酞酸酯类化合物(PAEs)取得较好分离效果,标准曲线的相关系数均大于0.999,平均加标回收率为82.0%~101.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.8%~7.3%,方法最低检出限为2.0~8.6μg/kg。[结论]该方法操作简便快捷、经济、灵敏度高,适用于一般实验室开展日常食品监测和检测。
[Objective] To study the gas chromatographic determination of five common phthalate esters in food. [Method] The pretreatment technique of ultrasonic extraction with organic solvent, column purification with neutral alumina column and concentration of nitrogen was used to determine the content by gas chromatography-hydrogen flame ionization detector (GC-FID). [Result] The results showed that the five phthalate esters (PAEs) had good separation efficiency. The correlation coefficients of the standard curves were all greater than 0.999. The average recoveries were 82.0% -101.0% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 2.8% 7.3%, the detection limit of the method is 2.0 ~ 8.6μg / kg. [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid, economical and sensitive. It is suitable for general laboratory to carry out routine food monitoring and testing.
