本文报道了利用阳离子染料聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)作为AS的探针,观察烧伤后大鼠心肌细胞基板AS的分布,借以阐明在烧伤情况下AS的变化。在电镜下观察发现,心肌细胞基板断裂处附近的细胞膜中有PEI颗粒,基板完整者未见PEI颗粒,从而提示基板对大分子的PEI具有阻挡作用。
This paper reports the use of cationic dye polyethylenimine (PEI) as a probe of AS to observe the distribution of AS in rat cardiomyocytes after burn, in order to clarify the changes of AS in burn conditions. Electron microscopy showed that there were PEI particles in the cell membrane near the rupture of cardiomyocytes, and PEI particles were not found in the intact substrate, suggesting that the substrate had a barrier to the PEI of macromolecules.
