针对热工过程控制中存在的大惯性、大迟延 ,采用Smith预测控制解决此类问题。针对实际过程中经常出现的模型失配现象 ,提出一种改进型Smith预测控制结构并采用ITAE准则优化控制器参数 ,它能很好的避免传统Smith预测控制的缺点。此方法适用于火电厂主蒸汽压力控制系统 ,仿真结果证明该算法具有良好的控制品质和鲁棒性能。
Aiming at the large inertia and large delay in thermal process control, Smith predictive control is adopted to solve such problems. Aiming at the mismatch of model often appearing in actual process, an improved Smith predictive control structure is proposed and the ITAE criterion is used to optimize the controller parameters. It can well avoid the disadvantages of the traditional Smith predictive control. The method is suitable for the main steam pressure control system of thermal power plant. The simulation results show that the algorithm has good control quality and robustness.
