在Internet上网页浏览等信息服务相当普遍，为这类小额信息交易提供有效的支付手段有重要的实际意义。本文讨论了小额电子支付的特点，总结了其关键技术和研究现状，并提出了一个高效公正的In－ternet小额信息交易协议。和其他电子支付方案不同，该协议完全结合了现有的电子支付协议，并且在WWW环境中极易实现。
Information services such as web browsing on the Internet are quite common. It is of important practical significance to provide effective means of payment for such transactions of small amounts of information. This article discusses the characteristics of small-value electronic payment, summarizes its key technologies and research status, and proposes an efficient and fair In-ternet micro-information transaction protocol. Unlike other electronic payment schemes, the protocol fully integrates with existing electronic payment protocols and is extremely easy to implement in a WWW environment.
