通过学习《全日制普通高级中学生物教学大纲(供试验用)》(以下简称新大纲),以及与《全日制中学生物教学大纲(修订本)》(1991年版)(以下简称老大纲)进行比较(以下内容仅限高二必修内容),体会如下:1、从内容上看:新大纲的内容与初中生物课的内容既有所分工,又互相衔接,侧重点更加明晰,注重了教材的系统性,使中学阶段的生物课教学内容成为一个统一的整体.2、从结构上看:更加突出了基础和现代化生物发展近况.新大纲的知识点为59个,其中要求掌握的为5个,理解为21个,了解为33个,教学内容为九章,比老大纲增加了2章,将一些基础内容以及生物学发展的近况单独列为一章或一节.例如:将“生命的物质基础”和“生态环境的保护”单独成为一章.将“细胞的分化和衰老”、“细胞的癌变”、“内稳态”、“植物的激素调节及其应用”、“动物行为产生的生理基础”、“基因的连锁与互换规律(选讲)”、“基因重组”、“人类遗传病与优生”、“现代的生物进化观点简介”、“生物界级分类”、“有害化学药品和重金属对生物的影响”、“环境与人体的健康”、“无公害绿色食品”以及“生物净化”,都各做为一个知识点进行单独教学.
