以MpCCI为数据交换平台连接商用CFD与CSD软件,以2.5 MW风力机DF90风轮为例,进行了切边来流条件下,不同轮毂风速时的全三维流固耦合数值模拟,在确认数值方法的基础上,分析了不同风速、来流垂直剪切对风轮叶片绕流、叶片变形的影响,以及叶片结构与流场的相互作用对叶片气弹特性以及载荷分布的影响规律。
Taking MpCCI as data exchange platform to connect commercial CFD and CSD software, a 2.5 MW wind turbine DF90 wind turbine was taken as an example to simulate the three-dimensional fluid-solid coupling of different hubs under tripartite flow and wind speed conditions. After confirming the numerical method The influence of different vertical wind speeds on the flow around the rotor blades and the deformation of the blade and the interaction between the blade structure and the flow field on the characteristics of the aeroelastic and the load distribution of the blades are analyzed.
