控制爆破砖质烟囱的定向倒坍,有时底部结构产生严重后座,烟囱上部、顶端甩向后方而导致爆破失误,威胁爆破的安全。作者根据实践总结,认为主要矛盾是解决爆破缺口形状的设计及爆破总药量。因此提出改进意见:(1)减少总药量对壁厚δ=50~60cm,直经3m左右的砖质烟囱,药量为1.5~2kg左右,爆孔n=16。(2)缺口形状采用三洞式以墙为柱。用人工风镐在缺口两端预挖两个三角形空洞,在中部预挖高1.2m,宽1m左右的矩形空洞。文中还例举了无下沉后座、倒向准确的爆破实例。
Controlling the demolition of brick chimneys at the blasting stage sometimes results in serious rear seats at the bottom structure. The upper part of the chimney and the top end of the chimney are thrown to the rear and cause blasting mistakes, which threatens the safety of blasting. Based on practice, the author concludes that the main contradiction is to solve the design of the blast notch shape and the total explosive charge. Therefore, suggestions for improvement are proposed: (1) To reduce the total drug dose to the brick chimney with a wall thickness of δ=50 to 60 cm and a straight line of about 3 m, the dose is about 1.5 to 2 kg, and the burst hole is n=16. (2) The shape of the notch is a three-hole wall column. Two artificial hollows were pre-duged at the two ends of the gap with artificial wind rakes, and a rectangular hollow 1.2 meters high and 1 meter wide was pre-duged in the middle. The article also gave an example of blasting without backseat and backwards.
