本文用DSC方法研究了尼龙69在不同等速降温速率下的结晶过程,并利用由等温Avrami方程推导得到的等速降温非等温结晶方程,研究了其结晶动力学。结果表明,随降温速率β增大,结晶温度向低温偏移,并与β成直线关系,通过ln[-ln(1-Cr(T))]~lnβ曲线求得了不同温度下的Avrami指数,其值为2.9±0.2,具有良好的一致性,说明把非等温结晶方程应用于尼龙69结晶过程进行动力学处理时,把n视为常数是合理的。并根据结晶方程,求得了尼龙69的结晶动力学参数人n、K(T)、t_(1/2)(T).
In this paper, the crystallization process of nylon 69 at different cooling rate was studied by DSC method. The isothermal cooling non-isothermal crystallization equation derived from isothermal Avrami equation was used to study its crystallization kinetics. The results show that the Avrami exponent at different temperatures is obtained from the curves of ln [-ln (1-Cr (T))] ~ lnβ as the cooling rate β increases and the crystallization temperature shifts to a low temperature, The value of 2.9 ± 0.2, with good consistency, indicating that the non-isothermal crystallization equation used in nylon 69 crystallization process for dynamic processing, the n as a constant is reasonable. According to the crystallization equation, the crystallization kinetic parameters of nylon 69 were obtained. The results showed that the crystallographic parameters of nylon 69 were n, K (T), t 1/2 (T).
