党的十七大明确提出要加强廉政文化建设,形成拒腐防变教育的长效机制。党的十七届四中全会重申了反对腐败是党必须始终抓好的重大政治任务,并进一步提出要把反腐倡廉建设放在更加突出的位置,重点强调在坚决惩治腐败的同时加大教育、监督、改革、制度创新力度,更有效地预防腐败,不断取得反腐败斗争新成效。这些精神对于进一步加强我省的廉政文化建设具有重要指导意义。以教育为目的,把文化的力量融人反腐倡廉工作,必将成为人们的共识。
The 17th CPC National Congress explicitly proposed that we should strengthen the building of a clean and honest culture and establish a long-term mechanism to prevent corruption and prevent change. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Party reiterated that opposing corruption is a major political task that the party must always grasp well and further proposes that we should give more prominence to the fight against corruption and building a clean government. We should emphasize that education should be intensified while resolutely punishing corruption , Supervision, reform and system innovation to prevent corruption more effectively and continuously gain new achievements in the anti-corruption struggle. These spirits are of important guiding significance for further strengthening the construction of a clean and honest administration in our province. To educate for the purpose of integrating the power of culture into the work of combating corruption and building a clean government will surely become the consensus of all people.
