User Needs The Lahua International Design Institute of Donghua University was established in 1994 as the first Sino-foreign cooperative college approved by the State Council in Shanghai and also the second-level college affiliated to Donghua University. The institute is invested and managed by the Raffles Lasalle Institute Group, a listed company in Singapore. After several years’ rapid development, there are currently over 1,000 students both at home and abroad.
