8月28日,国务院召开常务会议,决定在严格控制风险的基础上,进一步扩大信贷资产证券化试点。此举作为金融改革一项重要举措,进一步落实了此前国务院提出的“用好增量、盘活存量,更有力地支持经济转型升级,更好地服务实体经济发展”的改革思路。引导金融系统的运行方向和影响金融机构的行为决策,是实现金融支持实体经济的重要的手段,而金融自身的健康则是能够支持实体经济的重要前提。
On August 28, the State Council held a standing meeting and decided to further expand pilot securitization of credit assets on the basis of strict risk control. As an important measure of financial reform, the move further implemented the reform mentality previously proposed by the State Council to “make full use of incremental amounts, revitalize stocks, support the economic restructuring and upgrading more effectively and better serve the development of the real economy.” To guide the financial system’s operation direction and influence the financial institutions’ behavior decision-making is an important means to realize the financial support for the real economy. The financial self-health is an important prerequisite for supporting the real economy.
