古希腊哲学家亚里士多德曾说过:“公正是赏罚公明者的美德。”公平寓意着公正、平等,是当下二十四字社会主义核心价值观的重点内容,同样对于企业而言,公平性影响着每一个员工工作的积极性,也是企业长久发展的基本原则。本文将论述中小企业薪酬管理的公平性,对员工工作绩效的影响,针对其工作的不足之处,给予改进建议,从而实现企业长久健康的发展。
The ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle once said: “Fairness is the virtue of rewarding and recognizing the public.” Fairness implies fairness and equality. It is the key content of the current 24th-century socialist core values. It is also for enterprises. Words, fairness affect the enthusiasm of each employee’s work, but also the basic principle of long-term development of the company. This article will discuss the fairness of SMEs’ compensation management, the impact on the work performance of employees, and give suggestions for improvement in order to achieve the long-term health of the company.
