利用不同浓度的卡那霉素对棉花叶片进行处理 ,较为系统地研究了棉花不同品种、不同叶位、不同生育时期内叶片对卡那霉素处理的反应。在此基础上建立了一种在田间对转基因棉花进行筛选的简便方法。研究表明 ,在棉花花铃期以前 ,利用 50 0 0~ 750 0 mg.L- 1卡那霉素对转基因棉花新展开的倒 1叶和倒 2叶进行检测 ,能够有效筛选出带有卡那霉素标记基因的转基因后代 ,这对于转基因棉花材料的选育有较大的利用价值。
Using different concentrations of kanamycin to treat cotton leaves, we systematically studied the response of leaves to kanamycin treatment in different cotton varieties at different leaf positions and different growth stages. On this basis, a simple method of screening transgenic cotton in the field was established. Studies have shown that before cotton bollworm period, the use of kanamycin 500 ~ 750 0 mg.L-1 newly developed transgenic cotton inverted 1 and 2 inverted leaves can be effectively detected with kana The transgenic progeny of the marker gene of mcDNA are of great value to the breeding of transgenic cotton materials.
