企业能用钱买到一个人的时间及劳动,但却买不到热情和主动,以及一个人对事业的奉献。而所有这一切,企业家可以通过企业文化的设置而做到。现在,企业一般都有自己的企业文化,只是有强弱、优劣之别;企业一般也有制度,也有多少、好坏之分。企业文化和制度有着直接的因果关系。正确认识、把握和妥善处理两者的关系,是企业管理的基本问题。
Enterprises can use money to buy a person’s time and labor, but can not buy enthusiasm and initiative, as well as a person’s dedication to the cause. And all of this, entrepreneurs can do through corporate culture settings. Now, companies generally have their own corporate culture, but the strength, the difference between good and bad; companies generally have the system, but also how many, good or bad points. Corporate culture and the system has a direct causal relationship. Correctly understand, grasp and properly handle the relationship between the two is the basic issue of business management.
