人均收入不到美国1/30的中国购房者正在负担着和美国人一样高的房价! ——国际投资银行摩根士丹利最近在一份研究报告中如此惊呼。目前衡量房价高低与否比较通行的办法是房价收入比,即在当地购买一套住宅所需支出的价费与居民户均年收入之比。据了解,欧美等发达国家的房价收入比为3—6倍。而在中国,这一比例已经达到甚至超过了10—20倍。
