“国培计划”是在教育部和财政部统一部署下开展的中小学教师继续教育的重大举措。其目的就是要推进义务教育均衡发展、促进基础教育改革、提高教育质量。“国培计划”受到各级政府和学校的高度重视,以农村教师为重点,进行了精心实施,大规模组织了中小学教师进行免费集中培训,受到广大教师认可和欢迎。为此,我们要以“国培计划”为契机,不断完善基础教育师资队伍建设体系,全面提高中小学教师队伍的整体素质,为促进教育改革提供支持。 The “National Education Plan” is a major measure for continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers under the unified arrangements of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance. Its purpose is to promote balanced development of compulsory education, promote basic education reform and improve the quality of education. The “State Education Program” has been highly valued by all levels of government and schools. With emphasis on rural teachers, the “State Education Program” has been implemented with meticulous care. Large-scale primary and secondary school teachers have been organized to conduct free intensive training and are recognized and welcomed by the majority of teachers. To this end, we should take the opportunity of the “State Education Program” as an opportunity to continuously improve the system of teachers’ construction in basic education and comprehensively improve the overall quality of teachers in primary and secondary schools so as to provide support for the promotion of education reform.
