目的比较Er∶YAG激光与涡轮机治疗儿童龋病的疼痛感及操作舒适程度。方法 75例有2颗同名上颌乳磨牙龋坏患儿,其一侧龋坏牙齿采用Er∶YAG激光去龋、备洞、填充治疗(激光组),另一侧采用涡轮机治疗(涡轮机组),比较2组非麻醉率、零痛感率及操作舒适率。结果激光组非麻醉率(94.7%)、零痛感率(72.0%)和操作舒适率(77.3%)均高于涡轮机组(14.7%、10.7%、10.7%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Er∶YAG激光治疗儿童龋病疼痛感较涡轮机轻,患儿更易接受。
Objective To compare the pain and operating comfort of Er: YAG laser and turbine in treating children with dental caries. Methods There were 75 cases of caries in 75 patients with maxillary deciduous molars whose caries on one side were treated with Er:YAG laser to caries the caries, prepared holes and filled (laser group), and the other side was treated with turbine (turbine) Compare two groups of non-anesthetic rate, zero pain rate and operating comfort rate. Results The non-anesthetic rate (94.7%), zero pain rate (72.0%) and operating comfort rate (77.3%) in the laser group were significantly higher than those in the turbine group (14.7%, 10.7%, 10.7% (P <0.05). Conclusion ErYYAG laser treatment of children with dental caries than the turbine pain relief, children more acceptable.
