给出了充氢CuBr激光放电管温度场的数学模型,获得了气体温度场径向分布解析式,给出了温度分布与输入电功率及缓冲气体热传导的关系。
The mathematical model of the temperature field in hydrogen-charged CuBr laser discharge tube is given, and the analytic expression of the radial distribution of the gas temperature field is obtained. The relationship between the temperature distribution and the input electric power and the heat transfer of the buffer gas is given.
