目的:探讨不同提取工艺心脉神组方对垂体后叶素致大鼠心肌缺血模型的保护作用。方法:采用舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素建立大鼠心肌缺血模型,比较不同提取工艺心脉神组方对大鼠心电图、血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)活性的影响。结果:心脉神各提取物组均能有效缓解大鼠心肌缺血;心脉神醇提取物高剂量组、水提取物和水提醇沉提取物各剂量组均能明显降低LDH;醇提取物各剂量组、水提取物低剂量组和水提醇沉提取物高剂量组均能明显降低CK;心脉神醇提取物、水提取物和水提醇沉提取物各剂量组均能明显升高SOD;水提取物高剂量组和水提醇沉提取物各剂量组均能明显降低MDA含量。结论:心脉神组方醇提取物、水提取物、水提醇沉提取物均对垂体后叶素引起的大鼠心肌缺血有保护作用。
Objective: To explore the protective effects of different extraction methods of Xinmaishen prescription on myocardium ischemia model induced by pituitary of rats. Methods: A rat model of myocardial ischemia was established by injecting hypophyseal vasopressin subcutaneously. The effects of different extraction methods of Xinmaishen recipe on electrocardiogram (ECG), serum LDH (CK), creatine kinase (CK) (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) activity. Results: All the extracts from the group of Xinmaitongxin could effectively relieve the myocardial ischemia in rats. The LDH of the high dose group, the water extract and the aqueous extract of the Shenmai alcohol extract could significantly reduce the LDH. Each dose group, water extract low-dose group and water-extractable alcohol precipitation extract high-dose group can significantly reduce the CK; each group of phlebitis alcohol extract, water extract and water extract alcohol precipitation were significantly Increase SOD; high dose of water extract and water extract alcohol extract of each dose group can significantly reduce the MDA content. CONCLUSION: The extracts of heart and vein, alcohol extract and water extract of alcohol extract all play a protective effect on vasopressin-induced myocardial ischemia in rats.
