The wealthy economic thought contained in Confucianism: the production concept of enriching the people and relying on agriculture, the exchange view of honesty and trustworthiness, the concept of distribution without poverty and the consumption concept of diligence and thrift all play a positive enlightenment role in the construction of harmonious society in China today.
