On November 26, the National Industrial Development Conference was opened in Fuzhou, with more than 170 representatives from provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, cities specifically designated in the state plan and the provincial-level cities and commissions for development and reform of the sub-provincial governments.
