福建省晋江市纪委、监察局针对辖区内有1.5万多家非公有制企业,经济总量占全市94%以上的现状,积极作为,并从2008年开始尝试在非公有制企业成立纪检组织,以服务和保障非公企业持续健康发展。逐步建立市、镇(街道)、企业“三位一体”的工作网络,形成上下联动、齐抓共管的工作格局。晋江市在市纪委、监察局增设非公企业纪检工作室的同时,设立市非公企业纪工委,在镇(街道)设立企业纪委,在企业设立纪委或配备纪检委员。目前,全市已有1256家非公企业成立了党组织,其中12家企业成立纪委,756家配备了纪检委员。
