笔者于1984年6月赴西德参观了第四届国际工业炉博览会,并考察了西德工业炉专业生产厂及使用厂。本届博览会展出的内容有新的炉型结构、燃烧装置、炉用机械、炉用材料、余热回收装置以及热工检测与自动控制仪表等。参展的国家以西欧国家为主,美国、日本、苏联也参加了展出。在展出的炉用材料中,耐火纤维占有很大比重,标志着近几年来在耐火纤维的生产和应用方面有了很大发展。据了解,至1983年底,世界各国耐火纤维生产能力已达90000吨/年(其中西欧各国占22000吨/年,我国占10000吨/年左右),呈现出高速发展的趋势,预计很快将要突破10万吨/年。耐火纤维是一种高效节能材料,应用于工业炉上,被很多国家列为重要的节能措施之一。本届博览会及西德一些耐火纤维生产及使用厂
In June 1984, the author went to West Germany to visit the 4th International Industrial Furnace Exposition and inspected the professional production plants and use factories of West German industrial furnaces. The exhibits at this year’s expo include new furnace structures, combustion devices, furnace machinery, furnace materials, waste heat recovery devices, and thermal inspection and automatic control instruments. The countries participating in the exhibition were mainly Western European countries, and the United States, Japan, and the Soviet Union also participated in the exhibition. Among the materials used in the exhibition, refractory fiber occupies a large proportion, indicating that in recent years there has been great development in the production and application of refractory fibers. It is understood that by the end of 1983, the production capacity of refractory fibres in various countries has reached 90,000 tons/year (of which Western European countries accounted for 22,000 tons/year, and China accounted for 10,000 tons/year or so), showing a trend of rapid development.
