随着市场经济的不断发展,各企业之间的竞争呈现出白热化的发展趋势,合同在企业发展中已越来越重要。作为企业权益的重要保障,加大合同管理力度、有效防范合同风险已经成为提升企业竞争力的重要途径之一。鉴于此,本文主要针对企业合同风险常见形式进行了系统的分析,在此基础上提出几点加强企业合同风险防范的措施与建议,仅供参考与借鉴。
