1972～1981年间上海市PoriTL占同期NHL的11.3％,本文就临床病理资料较完整的123例作了分析。 男女性别之比2.1∶1。发病年龄13～83岁,中位年龄54岁,发病高峰51～64岁。检出部位除11例为结外,余均为结内。按华东淋巴瘤病理协作组关于PeriTL分型草案分型,混合细胞性(37例),透明细胞性(30例),多形细胞性(26例),单形细胞性(12例),AILD样(1例),Pinkus型(1例),过渡型(3例)。有随访资料45例,存活6例(2~+年～10~+年)死亡39例,其中以大细胞为主者的生存时间比以小细胞为主者短,前者为2—6.5月,后者为15～2ε月。发生在结外者似乎较结内生存时间长,45例中结外5例,其中2例健在(10~+年,4年8月)。 结合文献,就PeriTL的分型命名,特别是对“T区淋巴瘤”“Lennert淋巴瘤”“AILD样淋巴瘤”作了讨论。
The PoriTL in Shanghai accounted for 11.3% of the NHL in the same period between 1972 and 1981, and 123 cases with complete clinical and pathological data were analyzed in this paper. Male to female ratio 2.1: 1. Age 13 to 83 years old, the median age of 54 years old, the peak incidence of 51 to 64 years old. Except for the 11 cases of the site of the node, the remaining are within the knot. According to the classification of PeriTL subtype, 37 cases of mixed cell (30 cases), 26 cases of pleomorphic cell (26 cases), 12 cases of AML (1 case), Pinkus type (1 case), transitional type (3 cases). There are 45 cases of follow-up data, survival in 6 cases (2 ~ + year ~ 10 ~ + year) died of 39 cases, of which the main cell-based survival time is shorter than the small cells, the former is 2-6.5 months, The latter is 15 ~ 2ε months. Occurrence in extra-node seems to be longer than the end of survival, 45 cases of node in 5 cases, of which 2 cases of healthy (10 ~ + year, 4 years in August). In combination with the literature, the PeriTL genotyping was named, especially for “T-zone lymphoma”, “Lennert’s lymphoma,” and “AILD-like lymphoma.”
