城市发展正面临着城市空间资源紧缺和城市生态环境恶化等城市问题,城市立体化理论的提出对于缓解和解决此类城市问题有着重要的作用。本文在介绍城市立体化的发展历程及优势、提出城市立体化战略实施的必要性及其目标定位的同时,重点论述了城市立体化战略的主要内容:构建城市立体式的交通系统;构建城市立体式生态景观;推动城市综合体建设;城市地下空间的开发利用;构建城市立体式节点。最后尝试性地提出以城市立体化发展的立法探索和生态化设计方法的应用为主要内容的城市立体化构建的相关因素。
Urban development is facing urban problems such as the shortage of urban space resources and the deterioration of urban ecological environment. The introduction of urban stereoscopic theory plays an important role in alleviating and solving such urban problems. This paper introduces the development process and advantages of urbanization, puts forward the necessity of urbanization strategy and its orientation, at the same time, it mainly discusses the main content of urbanization strategy: building a three-dimensional urban transportation system; constructing urban three-dimensional Ecological landscape; to promote the construction of urban complex; the development and utilization of urban underground space; to build the urban three-dimensional nodes. At last, it tries tentatively to put forward the related factors of constructing the city with the main contents of the legislative exploration of the city’s three-dimensional development and the application of the ecological design method.
