1 概况南湾灌区渠首生产桥位于信阳市平桥区渠首滚水坝上部,该桥总长360m,桥面宽度为7m(净宽)+2×1.0m(人行道),其中:南部老桥长173m,于1960年修建;北部新桥长187m,于1975年修建。该桥设计荷载标准为汽—10级。由于平桥渠首上、下游均未修建交通桥,事实上该桥已成为连接浉河南北两岸的交通要道,日车流量约为5000辆次,其中超设计标准运行车辆占50%以上。长期的超负荷运行,加之水流的冲刷淘蚀,致使桥基、桥桩、桥面板、梁均出现了不同程度的病害,并趋日益严重,已成为危桥,如不及时处理,必将危及桥梁及平桥渠首滚水坝主体工程的安全。为此,信阳市平桥区人民政府以信平政文[2001]53号文将险情上报信阳市人民政府,同年5月11
1 Overview The head canal production bridge in Nanwan Irrigation District is located at the upper part of the Quanshurong Dam in Pingqiao District, Xinyang City. The total length of the bridge is 360m with a bridge width of 7m (net width) + 2 × 1.0m (sidewalks), including: 173m, built in 1960; northern Xinqiao length 187m, built in 1975. The bridge design load standard steam -10.
