目的探讨生大黄对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)大鼠血清淀粉酶(AMS)及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)的调节作用和肝脏组织病理学改变的影响。方法 36只大鼠随机分为正常对照组(假手术组,n=12)、模型组(SAP,n=12)和治疗组(生大黄组,n=12),以5%的牛磺胆酸钠逆行胆胰管注射制备大鼠SAP模型,采用可见分光光度计检测AMS及ALT、AST的吸光度以测定其浓度。光镜下观察肝脏组织的病理改变。结果模型组和治疗组大鼠AMS及ALT、AST的浓度水平明显高于正常对照组,其中治疗组明显低于模型组,P<0.01。结论生大黄可以使SAP大鼠AMS及ALT、AST显著降低,并减轻肝脏及胰腺的病理组织学改变。
Objective To investigate the effects of rhubarb on serum amylase (AMS), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and hepatic histopathology in severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) rats. Methods Thirty - six rats were randomly divided into normal control group (sham operation group, n = 12), model group (SAP n = 12) and treatment group (rhubarb group, n = 12) The rat SAP model was prepared by injection of sodium and sodium retrograde biliary and pancreatic ducts. The absorbance of AMS, ALT and AST were detected by visible spectrophotometer to determine the concentration. Light microscope to observe the pathological changes of liver tissue. Results The levels of AMS, ALT and AST in model group and treatment group were significantly higher than those in normal control group, and the treatment group was significantly lower than that in model group (P <0.01). Conclusions Raw rhubarb can significantly reduce AMS, ALT and AST in SAP rats and alleviate pathological changes in liver and pancreas.
